Welcome to Torreviejaholidays..... We deal with residential Spanish Property on the South Costa Blanca which is the area between Alicante and the Mar Menor

We provide coastal and rural rental properties, for short term holidays or a long term rental. We handle a selection of new properties from reputable and specialist builders and we have a carefully selected portfolio of resale properties located throughout the region. We also have a selection of properties for the golf enthusiast close to or on our excellent golf courses.

We also provide associated services such as property management, property cleaning, car hire, organise airport transfers, inspection visits which include accommodation and meals whilst you are viewing new or resale properties and full support services to prospective clients and rental clients for the purchase of new or resale property.

From our local base, we will never be more than half an hour's drive from you during your visit to the area either holidaying or buying.

How do we operate?

When selecting a company to put your trust in, don't forget the old saying "you don’t get owt for nowt in this world". If a large company promises you the earth by providing totally free inspection trips, big discounts if you purchase, etc, it's because they are getting their money back when they sell you a property on which they received huge commissions. It is in their interests to only show you property that they get highly paid for not what is available. In addition, you are frequently accompanied every hour of the day so that you can't "escape" to view any other properties that you might have read or heard about. You are usually herded around in groups in small buses on tight time schedules to view only properties that they need to sell - not necessarily what you want to buy!

DO YOU REALLY WANT TO CHOOSE A PROPERTY ON THAT BASIS? - I KNOW THAT WE DIDN'T WHEN WE FIRST CAME TO VIEW PROPERTY IN SPAIN.

We are a small, independent company who have no "ties" to specific builders or developers unlike the larger property companies. We went through the same process that you need to go through to purchase a property as we all left England to seek a less stressful and better life style. As an example of our flexibility, consider our inspection trips for new properties.

• With a minimum one weeks notice, our trips generally last 4 weekdays / 3 nights (extendable at your own cost) and we provide free hotel accommodation and many of the meals but you pay for the flights - showing your serious commitment to finding your ideal property.
• You are an individual requiring individual attention. Each member of our team will handle only ONE client at a time and you will travel in a comfortable passenger car.
• We show you properties from a number of different companies, dependent on the style of property, price and location that you want.

Please note that to ensure that you can secure your new property when you find it, you will need to provide a deposit of 3000€ (cash or personal cheque but not Travellers Cheques). For a resale property, the deposit would be a minimum of 10%.

We are happy to answer the most mundane questions without making you feel uneasy. The more information that we can glean from conversations ensures that we show you the most suitable properties.

We do feel that it is essential to carry out a tour of most of the areas if it is your first visit as you will then see the "bigger picture" and may choose a location that you might initially not have considered. After all, you are not just buying a new house, you may also be buying a "new way of life"!

You won't be "forced" into making any decisions. If you are not sure about a final choice, we would rather that you returned home with your head spinning with numerous fantastic properties in mind as we know that you will soon make that final choice to secure your dream home.

And don't forget that if you are buying the property as an investment for earning an income from holiday rentals, we can manage your property rentals and services for you and then you'll know that your property is safe in our hands. See the "Owner Services" section for more information.

Our expansion plans for the future take into account that we must never move away from the "personal touch" that purchasers seek and need when spending large amounts of money on property in a foreign country.

We understand your needs better and can provide you with a personal service on a flexible schedule, "one to one" basis to ensure that the property that you spend your hard earned savings on is the right one.
